Les riverains des 9 principaux aéroports de France peuvent recevoir une aide financière pour insonoriser leur logement (appartement ou maison). Cette aide est versée par l'exploitant de l'aéroport dans la limite de certains plafonds. Le versement de l'aide intervient après la réalisation des travaux et sur facture à envoyer à l'exploitant de l'aéroport.

Si vous vivez à proximité d'un aéroport, l'exploitant de cet aéroport peut vous verser une aide financière pour insonoriser votre logement (appartement ou maison).

L'aéroport doit être concerné par un plan de gêne sonore (les 9 principaux aéroports de France le sont).

Le plan de gêne sonore (PGS) constate la gêne réelle subie autour de l'aéroport en identifiant 3 zones (I, II, III). La zone I correspond au niveau de bruit le plus élevé.

L'aide permet de financer l'étude acoustique de votre logement et la réalisation des travaux d'isolation.

Vous devez faire réaliser une étude acoustique par un acousticien ou bureau d'étude spécialisée. Une liste est fournie en annexe de la décision d'attribution de l'aide remise par l'exploitant de l'aéroport.

Ce professionnel doit procéder à un état des lieux de votre logement et définir les objectifs et solutions à mettre en œuvre.

Il rédige ensuite un rapport accompagné d'une estimation du coût des travaux qu'il vous remet.

La réalisation de cette étude est, dans un 1er temps, à votre charge. Pour être remboursé, vous devez envoyer à l'exploitant de l'aéroport :

  • et la facture correspondant au diagnostic acoustique réalisé.

Une fois que vous êtes en possession du diagnostic acoustique, vous pouvez demander un devis de travaux à l'entreprise de votre choix. Ce devis devra être transmis par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception à l'exploitant de l'aéroport.

Une fois le devis transmis, la demande d'aide est examinée par la commission consultative d'aide aux riverains. Elle donne un avis sur :

  • la situation géographique du logement (zone concernée par un PGS)

  • et sur l'intensité des nuisances sonores.

L'exploitant de l'aéroport donne ensuite son accord pour l'attribution de l'aide. Cette décision vous est notifiée par courrier.
